This Is My African Mango Diet

I thought I would add a post today about the African mango diet, in case anyone still had not heard about it yet lol.

This must be one the most talked about diets that there is. But dieting is a huge subject for some of us. We all want to lose weight, to look good or for our health or for whatever reason you might have. This is why every new diet gets publicity and interest. Plus of course there is so much money to be made in the whole weight loss industry, that it attracts all kinds of absolutely rubbish products.

African mango dietWell they are aren’t they? They don’t work, unless we take something that makes us feel ill, yes we probably lose weight, but that’s more because we feel sick and can’t eat anything anyway.

I believe I understand you. I really do. You want to lose weight, maybe even desperately want to lose weight. You may have possibly spent a whole bunch of money on different products, but nothing has really worked.

Even if you did lose some weight, you put it back on again within a couple of weeks of coming off whatever diet you were on. What took weeks to accomplish, took only a matter of days to unravel.

Is this you? It was me you know, this is what happened to me time and again.

Why Try The African Mango Diet?

I tried the african mango diet, because I didn’t know what else to try. That’s the absolute truth. I was stuck. I was so sick and tired of trying this diet or that pill or something or other. I even went on the HCG diet. But wow that was so hard for me. I know many women try and this and swear by it. But trying to get down to only 500 calories a day. I was always hungry. Always.

I am not going to tell you that the african mango diet is some kind of miracle. Because it isn’t. Anyway I know you are not going to believe that hype, even if I did say it, I have more respect for anyone looking for genuine help with weight issues.

Every person that has been on the dieting merry-go-round knows by now that there are no miracles out there. Just hype and publicity from manufacturers trying to get rich off of us.

But are we going to give up? Of course not!

The African Mango Diet Is Part Of The Solution

I know we would all like a push button solution to this problem. Or just wake up one day and the weight has magically disappeared. But it isn’t going to happen.

When I made the decision to try the african mango diet I planned it. I bought the pills and then I worked out for myself what I thought would be a healthy balanced diet. I researched the different diets out there and took suggestions from a few of them. Then I put it down on paper and kind of made my own dieting regimen.

I picked the day and date that I was going to start taking african mango and also the date I was going to stop. I gave it 6 weeks for the first trial ( to be honest, I didn’t think I would last the six weeks).

Anyway, I did not plan any exercise into this, because I just cannot do that whole gym thing. Now anyone that follows this can add in some gym time if it’s your thing. That will help as well.

Then I just started on my own african mango diet. The pill helped the results along faster. At least I believe that they did. I stayed off caffeine all the way through the diet. No coffee or tea at all, no sodas and definitely no diet sodas ( there is caffeine in the pill already, so you do not want to go over board on it)

That’s it. That is exactly what I did. No fancy diets no expensive treatments. It has worked. What’s more because it really isn’t that hard on me, if I feel as though the weight is starting to come back, I start again, but only for 2 or 3 weeks at a time.

There you have it my african mango diet.
