African Mango FAQS

Hi
these are a few of the frequently asked questions that I have come across from people looking to try African mango.

Q. How much weight can I expect to lose by taking African Mango?

A. Tests have shown that an average weight loss of 28lbs in just 10 weeks is not uncommon. But please keep in mind that everyone is different and therefore may experience better or worse results. Also if you do plan to eat less and exercise more that will impact on your results, significantly.

Q. I have read that diet pills can be unsafe. Is African Mango safe to take?

A. African Mango is a totally natural, organic product. It comes from the seeds of the african mango(Irvingia Gabonensis). It does not contain any harmful chemicals, such as can be found in some thermogenic fat burners. However, one of the main ingredients in the pill is green tea. This contains caffeine.  Caffeine is not normally a problem for most of us, after all every time we drink coffee or tea we are ingesting caffeine. But for some people caffeine is an issue. I recommend that you try and cut out other sources of caffeine while you are taking the capsules, try to reduce coffee and tea and of course soda drinks, which also contain caffeine. If you enjoy de-caffeinated drinks then that is ideal. If you have had any negative reaction to caffeine in the past, I would seriously avoid taking the pills altogether.

Q. My metabolic rate is slow, does african mango help?

A. Yes it can. Tests have shown that it does in fact speed up the metabolism. This is achieved by a process known as thermogenics. Thermogenisis means tending to produce heat and is commonly applied to drugs which increase heat through metabolic stimulation (Wikipedia) This is why the green tea is an added ingredient. Because the caffeine is a thermogenic.

Q. Does african mango help in any other way?

A. Yes, studies show it can reduce the levels of “Bad” cholesterol LDL and acts as a detoxifier to cleanse the body. These results have been compiled by researchers looking into the overall effects of African mango. They are not conclusive results. I wouldn’t recommend that you take African mango if your sole aim is to reduce cholesterol. The reduction of bad levels of cholesterol is a by product of the pill and not what it was intended for. You need expert health advice if you suffer from high cholesterol.

Q. Who are the main users of African Mango?

A. Anyone can benefit from the taking african mango. Women, men and even the elderly can and do take it. Even though it is a natural product and is not meant to be harmful it is always wise to discuss with you health care provider before embarking on any diet regime. That also includes taking diet supplements, even African mango.

Q. How do you take African Mango.

A. It comes in the form of a pill and you simply need to take two pills each day. One in the morning and one in the evening. It is best to take the pills about 30 minutes prior to eating. Plus you should take them with a large glass of water.

Q. Every diet regime always seem to expect you to also complete a fitness routine. Is african mango the same?

A. The pill was tested on people that did not increase their exercise regimes at the same time as taking the pill. But I should say here that exercise is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle. I know that many people hate to exercise, but really it is necessary. Even walking each day will help to a certain degree. As I have stated in the article on the homepage, a sensible diet, some exercise and the diet supplement is part of what I term the Weight Loss Triangulation. Each part compliments each other.

Q. Does African mango work for everyone?

A. I do not believe that it will work for everybody. We are all different. The results I obtained from the pill were very good and that is why I recommend them. But I think that we expect to much sometimes. What I like about African mango is the fact that it doesn’t make you feel terrible, it has no major side effects, at least for me anyway. the results are not earth shattering and the weight loss comes slow and steady. You don’t take 3 tablets and lose 20lbs. It just does not work that way. Unfortunately that is the kind of result many people look for. With African mango you need to be patient and look to lose the weight steadily and progressively.
