After one week on the African Mango diet, I was very pleasantly surprised. I felt like I had  more energy.

Another thing that I noticed very quickly was even though I had more energy I wasn’t eating as much as before. I didn’t have the same appetite. One thing I was always guilty of was snacking in the evenings. I found that I was doing that less and less.

When I first looked into African Mango I did read that it does curb appetites.But I was sceptical of that.

I didn’t change much about my daily routines. I definitely did not work out. If you read African mango diet I explain there how I established the diet I was on.

Still this was only the first week and I had been there before. I know that any kind of diet will make you lose water only in the initial stages, so I was not convinced yet.

At the end of the first week I jumped on the scales, not really knowing what to expect. But I have to say I was very happy to see a loss of 5 lbs.

This was very exciting to me and even though I was still not 100% convinced, I was geting closer.

Week 2

After 2 full weeks of taking African Mango my energy levels were, if anything, even better than before.It actually seemed to have improved my sleep as well. Usually after my son was born, sleeping through the night, was a distant memory.I was just generally more relaxed and I believe that was reflected in my sleep as well.

By the end of the second week I had also lost another 3lbs.

Still not doing anything different, no exercising and I was not hungry between meals as before either.

Week 3

By the end of the 3rd week I was absolutely certain that African Mango was the real deal.I had lost another 4lbs and I had plenty of energy. This was just fantastic! I cannot tell you just how great I was feeling about myself. Some clothes that I had earmarked to give away now fitted me again. I just felt wonderful.

My energy levels were not yo-yoing around, they were pretty much stable. I was sleeping like a baby. By now my total weight loss was 12lbs, which I think is amazing. For a year and a half I was hoping for that kind of weight loss, but I had given up the thought of ever achieving it.

Week 4

When I reached the end of the 4th week I could not wait to get on the scales and check out my weight loss.I had lost another 2lbs.This might not seem much, but to put it into perspective. After only 4 weeks I had lost more than half of the total weight I needed to lose, to get back to my pre pregnancy weight- 24lbs.

To me this was simply amazing. I was over the moon with African Mango!

To say I was happy was an understatement!

In just 4 weeks I had lost 14lbs

Absolutely no exercise whatsoever

A sensible planned diet. One thing I find very beneficial, is not to eat much of anything after about 5.30pm

To briefly add to my 4 week results I continued to take African Mango every day until my weight loss goal of  24lbs was reached.

I think I know how you might feel when you read about weight loss products or diet pills etc. I have been in your position before. I have tried dieting plans and dieting supplements numerous times before African Mango. But I never ever achieved the results promised.

When I first heard about African Mango I was a little cynical and not really a believer. But I have to say that the results I saw for myself were very impressive..
